How far in advance should we book our photo day?

Most studios reserve a date 2–3 months before recital season or the start of a session. That gives us time to plan your schedule, prepare materials for parents, and build your online registration page. If you have a sooner date in mind, include it in the form and we’ll share our next available openings.

What does it cost the studio?

There is no upfront fee for your studio. Parents purchase individual photo packages directly through our website. We then pay your studio an agreed-upon commission from total sales, along with a clear payout report.

How much time do you need with each class or dancer?

We’ll build a custom schedule based on your enrollment, but most dancers need just a few minutes for individual poses and group photos. Our goal is to keep photo day running smoothly alongside your regular class or rehearsal schedule.

Do you provide marketing materials for parents?

Yes. We send you copy-and-paste email text, social captions, and optional flyers with your studio logo so parents know exactly how to register, what to expect, and how to order online.

What if parents have questions about their orders?

Parents contact us directly with any gallery, order, or print questions. Your staff doesn’t have to troubleshoot, track payments, or handle delivery issues—we take care of all of it.
